Investment Costs and Gross Yields

The majority of our investment properties are priced between $20,000 and $30,000. These types of properties are generally single family homes that will rent to a family for $600 to $750 depending on the area and condition of the property.

Doubles (two dwellings in one building, freehold) range from $30K to $45K. These are normally rented for $400 – $550 per apartment, combined rent $800 – $1100 depending on the number of bedrooms. These investments will provide a higher return than single family homes.

BPI properties will normally have a gross rental yield of 25% to 30%. But keep you eye on our property listings and you will see some properties with a rental yield in excess of 40%. These properties sell very quickly.
