Brennan Property Investment Ltd (BPI) is a British company, based in Kent, south-east of London. Founded to exploit the High NET Rental Yields in Western New York, the company has built a successful business and satisfied client base, by helping investors to secure far more effective property investments than many clients have experienced with property acquisitions in other parts of the world.

BPI provide a total service package throughout the client ownership of the property, not just through the purchase transaction. A successful investment means consistent rental year after year and BPI are on hand to help the client at all times.

It is the quality of their own service levels, reflected by their American partners, which instil the clients with the confidence that they are making the right decision. BPI provide advice and guidance on many associated property ownership issues such as Home Inspection Reports (Surveys), Appraisals (Valuations), Insurance, Tax Processes, and will assist in exit strategies.

BPI conducts specialist research on the US property market, utilising economic data to alert clients to the latest trends. Prime examples include our unwillingness to recommend Detroit as a High Net Rental area and to flag up the “end” of the property slump in terms of the availability of Foreclosure bargains in Florida and Las Vegas. BPI will continue to research investment opportunities in the US, not only because the country offers major opportunities, but also has the obvious benefit of language and cultural similarities (together with legal and financial synergies) with the developed world.
